​Before founding Asnani Joban Law, Jennifer held leadership roles at some of Canada’s most recognized companies, including Loblaw Companies Limited, George Weston Limited, Choice Properties REIT and Moxies Restaurant Group. In these roles, Jennifer has negotiated multimillion-dollar commercial transactions, managed national leasing portfolios, and advised on property development, construction, and regulatory issues.

 

In addition to real estate law, Jennifer is a recognized leader in compliance and ethics, having built and led corporate compliance programs covering competition law, anti-bribery, and whistleblower protections.
